Angel does not supervise or monitor your wellbeing during your use of the Service and cannot provide emergency assistance or crisis intervention.

The Service, including its software, source code, user interface, design, graphics, branding, logos, trademarks, text, prompts, workflows, databases, documentation, audio, visual materials, generated templates, and all other content made available through the Service ("Angel Content"), is owned by or licensed to Angel and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other laws.

This licence is granted solely for your own personal, private, and non-commercial use.
Unless expressly authorized by Angel in writing, you may not:
This restriction applies whether the content is distributed for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the underlying AI systems, software, prompts, generation methods, voices, or other proprietary technology used by Angel.
To provide the Service, Angel relies on trusted Third-Party Providers.
These providers currently include, but are not limited to:
Additional providers may be added, replaced, or removed as the Service evolves.
These Third-Party Providers operate under their own terms of service, privacy policies, security practices, and operational standards.
While we carefully select our providers, Angel does not own or control these services and is not responsible for:

If any Third-Party Provider experiences interruptions, maintenance, outages, or technical failures, some or all features of the Service may become temporarily unavailable.

Such changes do not constitute a defect in the Service and do not entitle Users to refunds, compensation, or continued access to any particular AI model, synthetic voice, or technology.
From time to time, Angel may offer experimental, preview, beta, early-access, or testing features ("Beta Features").
Beta Features are provided solely for evaluation, testing, and feedback purposes.

Your use of Beta Features is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
We welcome your ideas, suggestions, comments, feature requests, bug reports, and other feedback regarding the Service ("Feedback").
If you voluntarily provide Feedback, you grant Angel a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, modify, reproduce, publish, commercialize, and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation, attribution, or further approval.
You acknowledge that Angel has no obligation to implement any Feedback.
Certain features of the Service require an active paid Subscription.
Angel may offer one or more Subscription plans, each providing access to different features, benefits, generation limits, or usage allowances.
Subscription plans, pricing, billing cycles, included features, generation limits, storage limits, and other benefits are displayed within the Service and may be updated from time to time.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize Angel or our authorized payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees using your selected payment method.
Unless otherwise stated, Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date through the applicable payment platform.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated within the Service, your Subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
We reserve the right to modify Subscription plans, pricing, included features, generation limits, storage limits, and other Subscription benefits at any time, subject to applicable law.
Angel may offer eligible users access to a free trial before purchasing a Subscription.
The duration of the free trial, available features, number of included AI generations, and any usage limitations are determined solely by Angel and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Eligibility for a free trial is determined at Angel's sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, suspend, withdraw, or terminate any free trial where we reasonably believe the offer is being abused or used contrary to these Terms.
Unless otherwise indicated within the Service, Personalized Content generated during the free trial remains associated with your Account; however, continued access to such content after the trial expires requires an active eligible Subscription.
The availability of a free trial does not guarantee that identical or similar promotional offers will be available in the future.
Personalized audio sessions generated through the Service are created specifically for your Account.
Unless otherwise stated within the Service, access to Personalized Content is available while your Account has an active eligible Subscription.
If your Subscription expires, is cancelled, or otherwise terminates:
Angel reserves the right to determine how Personalized Content is stored, retained, archived, made available, or removed, subject to applicable law.
We do not guarantee indefinite storage of Generated Content.
Users are encouraged to maintain an active Subscription if they wish to retain uninterrupted access to their Personalized Content.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all Subscription fees are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge that Angel provides immediate access to digital services and Personalized AI-generated content.
Personalized meditation sessions, manifestation sessions, affirmations, and other AI-generated content are created specifically for you immediately after you request them using third-party artificial intelligence technologies and computing resources.
Because these Personalized digital services are uniquely created for each individual user and cannot reasonably be recovered, reassigned, reused, or resold, the value of the Service begins to be consumed immediately upon generation.
Accordingly, except where required by applicable law, Angel generally does not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:
